Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The QF Project (qfproject.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors.
User Accounts
You may register an account using email/password, Google, or Discord authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create (guides, builds, forum posts, comments). By submitting content, you grant The QF Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your content on the platform. All guides and builds submitted are subject to review and approval. We may remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or these terms without prior notice.
Code of Conduct
You agree to use The QF Project in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users. You will not impersonate other users, moderators, or staff. You will not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the site's systems. You will not use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission. You will follow our Community Guidelines at all times.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited: • Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups • Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content • Real-money trading (RMT) advertisements or facilitating ToS-breaking game activities • Personal information of others (doxxing) • Spam, advertising, or promotional content unrelated to The Quinfall • Malware, phishing links, or malicious code • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
The QF Project is a fan-made community companion site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to The Quinfall or its developers. Game assets, names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Our original code, design, guides, and tools are the property of ExperienceTechSoft. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our site without permission.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The QF Project is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Game data, stats, and information may not always be accurate or up to date — we strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information found on our site. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, account issues, or interrupted access.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. Banned users will receive a notification with the reason for their ban. Temporary bans have a set duration; permanent bans are reserved for severe or repeated violations. Appeals may be submitted via email. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the site's Latest Updates feed. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
